Quality of a leader

 


Positive thought, selfless motives, true devotion and untiring efforts are the basic requirements to achieve the goals. Positivity brings optimism and optimism enourgages to make efforts. Continuous efforts with prompt feedback through adequate supervision ensures successful accomplishment of the project with optimum achievements. It's a crucial quality that the leader of every organizations/institutions must possess.
The leader should make room for the respectation via purity in behaviour. He must be honest, hardworking, uptodate and positive at his duty. He has to advocate justice and ensure it in his institution at any cost. His every attempts should be guided for the shake of the institution.
Intelligibility is another asset of the leader. He should be generous, tactful and courageous to tackle over challenges with his intelligence. He should emphasis on negotiation while settling down common issues related to the institution and he should have ability of prompt decision making.
The leader should be impartial, unselfish and treat equally in his administration. He has to create equal opportunities to support and foster potientialities of his co-workers. He shouldn't impose. Instead he should persuade. He must be above his personal benefit and should be trusted with his virtue. His every attempts should be directed towards institutional progress and prosperity.
Institutional development depends on collaboration and collective works. He should be capable to lead his co-workers to co-operation and active participation ensuring their rights and responsibilities. He should discourage unfair and irrelevant discussions and debate and keep all his co-workers under a common umbrella with only motive of progress and prosperity of the institution.
If prevailing leadership lacks above mentioned attributes and is misleading the institution, alternative leadership should be promptly sought.
